Acceptable but Flawed

The airport shuttle was free, so that was a plus.
I found the complimentary coffee setup rather pathetic. It included tiny paper cups alongside a Nespresso machine. The cups are far too small to catch the flow of coffee. I also wished they had a corkscrew. They wouldn't open our wine unless we paid 5 euros..

Excellent Stay Near the Airport

I found the hotel to be clean. The provided shuttle was prompt. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for its lovely terrace. The food was tasty. The staff booked my shuttle for my early flight as soon as I arrived!
The minibar offered no complimentary water, though water was available, it cost extra. The room doors don't buffer much if anything from the hallway.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds! It included a desk and a seating area. I also noticed the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The room was very quiet.

The reception staff provided quick service. The restaurant staff were friendly. They helped me with my order. I noticed the shuttle drivers were helpful with luggage! The staff spoke English well.

The hotel has a direct metro line to the city center. I found a very convenient airport shuttle service. The restaurant provided good service and the food was delicious.
I noticed the paper cups for coffee were tiny. The room did not include a kettle or teabags. This was unusual for a hotel of this standard. It would have been nice to have these amenities.
